Arts Centre Melbourne has thrown open the doors of the New
Hamer Hall!
Join us for an extraordinary opening season of events
through to October. We are bringing the best in the world and
from across Australia to celebrate with us, including Czech
Philharmonic, Philip Glass and his Ensemble, Cape Town Opera and
the eagerly awaited return of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and
Australian Chamber Orchestra to the New Hamer
Hall. There truly is something for everyone in our
Opening Season program.

Audio Architecture
A talks symposium, 24hr design camp and workshop series on the theme of cities and sound. Audio Architecture brings together leading architects, sound designers, theorists and artists to contemplate how we can use sound to make better spaces.
